For the 2022-2023 school year, Worth 127 needs a parent or guardian of every 1st through 8th grade student to sign a form before a Chromebook can be taken home.  There is a separate form for each school, and a completed form is needed for each student in the family.

Device Notes:
The Junior High will take home their Chromebooks every night.

The Elementary schools grades 1 through 5 will leave the Chromebooks in class most nights, but may sometimes need to take the device home.

The PreK, EC, and Kindergarten students have iPads in class that will not be traveling home with students, so a form is not needed.
