Dear Worth School District Families:

Due to the construction at Worth Elementary School, starting Tuesday, March 9 and every Tuesday moving forward, Worth Elementary School will no longer be a weekly meal pick-up site. We are moving the location of the weekly meal pick-ups to Worth Junior High School just outside the main lobby located at 11151 South New England Avenue. The time when families can pick up meals will remain the same from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.

District 127 families who will be coming to Worth Junior High School to pick up meals are asked to follow the following procedures:

• Please approach Worth Junior High School by driving westbound on 112th Street (one-way street) and then turn right into the pick-up lane that will be set up in front of Worth Junior High School along New England Avenue.
• In order to ensure that traffic moves safely and efficiently during meal-pick up time, we ask families not to approach and park in front of Worth Junior High School from 111th street.
• New England Avenue will be partially closed off at 111th Place in order to prevent cars from moving south on New England Avenue during meal pick-up times.
• We ask all families who arrive to pick-up meals to drive carefully around the school’s campus as a result of Worth Junior High School dismissing at 12:20 p.m. and Worth Elementary School dismissing at 12:30 p.m.

Worthwoods Elementary School at 11000 S. Oketo Ave. will also continue as a meal pick-up site.
