Virtual Presentation, January 22, 2024, 5:30 pm
Erin’s Law requires Illinois schools to implement an age-appropriate sexual assault and abuse awareness and prevention curriculum. This year, we have once again invited Childhood Victories to make our parent and student presentations. In order to learn more about the presentation, all Worth School District 127 parents are invited to attend a Virtual Parent Information Night via Zoom on Monday, January 22, at 5:30 pm.
Here is the Zoom meeting information:

Make sure to join the Zoom meeting with your full name so that we can verify that you are a parent/guardian. You will remain in the Zoom Waiting Room until a host lets you into the meeting.
For more detailed information, please read this letter from Linda Esposito, Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
If you are not using your own device and if you are joining the Zoom meeting from your student’s Chromebook, please follow these directions:

The Chromebook will display the message in the below picture. You must click the circled option “Join from your Browser”, as the Chromebooks can’t install anything from the Chrome Web Store.
Illinois law allows parents to opt their children out from participating in an Erin’s Law presentation. If you do not want your child to participate in the “Be Seen Be Heard” presentation, please fill out the Google Form attached to this link: Erin’s Law Opt-Out Form. This form is due by Sunday, January 28, 2024, @ 9:00 pm. If you have any questions about the Erin’s Law presentations, please feel free to contact your building principal.
